• Suárez is 25th in the season standings after 35 of 36 races.
• Suárez started 20th Sunday and reported handling issues early.
• He dropped off the lead lap and fell to 30th by end of the first stage.
• Suárez finished 28th in the second stage, two laps behind the leaders.
• The Trackhouse team kept making changes to the car and Suárez climbed to 28th by the end of the race.
• The Cup Series will return to action Sunday at Phoenix International Raceway for the final race of the 2021 season. NBC will televise Sunday’s race at 3 p.m. EDT.
