Suárez, making his 300th Cup Series start, worked on car balance early and appeared to be making gains racing in mid-pack when a multicar accident on lap 245 ended his race. The NASCAR Cup Series returns to action at 7 p.m. ET Sunday at Nashville Superspeedway. We couldn’t get the front end to work like we needed it to. I feel like if we could have gotten the balance right, we had a really good car.
