  • Both Trackhouse drivers struggled in the first stage with Suárez finishing 27th while earning the free pass to stay on the lead lap. Suárez finished 25th in the second stage, a lap behind the leaders.
  • The Cup Series returns to action Sunday at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas.

Daniel Suárez, driver of the No. 99 Jockey Chevrolet Camaro for Trackhouse Racing:

“That was a very tough day for us. Our car was tight in the front and loose at the back and we tried but couldn’t get it where we needed it. We never gave up and took advantage of the cautions there at the end. We have some work but will be ready for Kansas next week.”
