It marked the second consecutive top-10 finish after posting a ninth-place finish at Talladega the previous week.
  • Suárez started the race 25th. All three Trackhouse Racing Chevrolets started fast. Suárez climbed as high as 14th before handling issues dropped him to 33rd.
  • In the second stage, Suárez finished 22nd.
  • The NASCAR Cup Series returns to action on Sunday, May 11, at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kan.

Daniel Suárez, driver of the No. 99 Kubota Chevrolet Camaro for Trackhouse Racing:

“It was a good day for this No. 99 Kubota Chevrolet team. We had decent speed out there. I think that we potentially had a little bit more, but we were struggling a lot on restarts all day long, except for the start of the race for some reason. All-in-all, it was a decent day and it’s good to get back-to-back top-10 finishes.”
