Speedway. In the final stage, Suárez reached the top-20 (even while 1 lap down) with less than 115 laps to go, but handling continued to be a challenge. To open Stage 2, Suárez worked feverishly to try and gain track position back from one lap down but untimely finished the second stage in 26th. In the first stage, Suárez started 30th and was making progress throughout the field until contact from a competitor caused him to spin, bringing out the caution. Suárez eventually fell one lap down and finished the stage 30th. The NASCAR Cup Series returns to action Sunday at Phoenix International Raceway for the final race of the 2025 season. Daniel Suárez, driver of the No. 99 Jockey Chevrolet Camaro for Trackhouse Racing: “Today was a struggle to find the handle on the Jockey Chevy. We worked on the balance to get the car turning in the center of the corners, but I was really burning the rear tires off the car, which hurt us on the longer runs that we had. The guys worked hard all day on pit road, we just couldn’t get back on the lead lap to compete near the end.”
