What does an adrenaline-junkie like Daniel do in his spare time when he is off the track? His favorite passion is restoring cars of course.
But did you know that Daniel has a wide-range of other interests and hobbies when he isn’t driving No. 96? Daniel takes advantage of his free time off the track as much as possible to enjoy life, family and connect with nature.
He enjoys staying fit by working out at the Toyota Performance Center training facility and cycling – especially riding with other NASCAR drivers. Since his family is not close by, he cherishes family time. Whether here or in Mexico, he loves spending time with his family and misses them dearly. He finds being in nature – whether on a hike or simply taking in a breath-taking beautiful mountain view – soothing and relaxing.
